About
Victoria's approach to therapy is compassion, patience, and encouragement for the client to be in charge of their healing. She takes pride in her approachability and comforting environment, even virtually! Victoria does her best to meet clients where they are to further ensure they are getting exactly what they need (and more) out of our sessions. Victoria's main treatment approaches consist of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and reprocessing, and various other sources of treatment modalities.
In her free time, Victoria loves to spend time at home with her cats (who might make an appearance in session from time to time!) and exploring new places locally. Finding the balance in life between work and play is something Victoria is passionate about and hopes to extend her practices to something her clients might find inspiring.

Why Healthcare
Victoria's passion for clinical social work is derived from her own personal experiences with inner child work.
