Tracy is a strengths-based Therapist with experience in treating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and LGBTQIA+ issues. Everyone responds differently to therapy, and because of this, Tracy focuses on each individual's life experiences to develop a therapeutic understanding unique to a client based on their strengths and values to achieve their goals. Tracy utilizes a variety of theories and practices, from cognitive and dialectal behavioral interventions solution-focused and strength-based therapy, mindfulness practices, and EMDR therapy. Tracy is certified in EMDR Therapy and has used it to help veterans, first responders, and individuals who have experienced extreme stress. She hopes to enhance life for those impacted by trauma by assisting them to heal and have the more healthy and satisfying life they desire.
