Sarah Bernard is a multilingual Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner across the lifespan in Massachusetts. She works with clients who are struggling with a myriad of mental health concerns, including substance abuse. Sarlah graduated with a master’s degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Her goal is to build therapeutic relationships with clients to empower them to engage in their treatment to reach their maximum potential as individuals. Her priority is that every client should leave her office feeling that they have adequate information while being an active participant in making an informed decision about their treatment plan. Sarlah is here to guide her clients while being alongside them on their path to wellness. Her philosophy is to use a holistic approach with each encounter with clients to ensure that the treatment plan is individualized to them.
Outside of work, Sarlah serves as a board member for two mental health Nonprofit organizations.
Sarlah enjoys reading, gardening, and hanging out with her Cobberdog named Luna. She absolutely loves traveling around the globe as much as she can as she believes that is one of the best ways to experience the beautiful diversity that exists amongst us.
