Nicole is a Licensed Social Worker in New Jersey with over 12 years of experience working with individuals from various backgrounds seeking assistance in overcoming challenges. Nicole has extensive experience in case management, supporting individuals and their families with disabilities, finding resources to lead more fulfilling lives, and providing counseling and facilitating support groups for TBI survivors and caregivers. Nicole has additional experience providing individual and group therapy to adolescents and strong crisis management skills.
Nicole strives to provide a warm and welcoming approach to therapy. Nicole believes therapy is not one size fits all and should be tailored to each unique individual using a person-centered approach. Nicole utilizes solution-focused modalities to help empower each client towards accomplishing their goals. Nicole enjoys listening to music and attending live concerts when she is not working. Nicole is an avid animal lover and looks forward to soon adopting a puppy!
