Michelle believes you are not just your mental health diagnosis, symptoms, struggles, or trauma. Michelle uses openness, humor, and a warm regard for all my clients to build our therapeutic relationship as equals. You will work together in collaboration to address your needs. Out of the office, Michelle is a mother, hiking enthusiast, and horror movie fanatic. So, please share if you know of a good trail that she can drag her family on or a frighteningly good scary movie she has not yet seen.
