Maureen approaches therapy with a strengths-based lens. She works from an empowerment perspective, helping patients realize 'what is right' with them vs. 'what is wrong with them,' as many patients have been told for years. Maureen is nonjudgmental and supportive, eliciting open and honest conversations to maximize individual potential. She encourages the use of natural supports and community resources as she works with patients on their overall physical and mental wellness goals. In her free time, Maureen enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, working in her garden, sea kayaking, and skiing down the slopes in NH or VT.
