About

Margaret "Peggy" Sahm has been working in the mental health counseling field for 17 years and is passionate about helping others heal from their wounds, manage their emotions, find their strengths, actively listen to their concerns, empathize, effectively problem-solve, and learn healthy communication and relational skills while incorporating their faith, if applicable. Her experience consists of working with those from various cultures and ages. She began working with victims of domestic violence, listening to their concerns and assisting them in finding their strengths and going from victims to survivors to overcomers. Margaret has also worked with substance abuse, mood disorders, such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, and has helped others with relationship challenges. Her passion is also for those who have encountered trauma in their lives and help them process the trauma and release emotional pain to heal.

Margaret enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, which includes 20 grandchildren. She also loves music and plays the piano, which is very therapeutic for her.

Finally, she is looking forward to continue along the path of helping others with compassion as they navigate through this life.
