Katie began working as a therapist in 2009 after graduating with a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from The Alliance Graduate School of Counseling in Nyack, New York. In those 12 years she has worked with adolescents, adults, and couples in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She utilizes her training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and mindful-based therapy to meet clients where they are and help them get to where they want to be. Katie enjoys writing and hiking in her free time.
