Heather is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She graduated from Liberty University in 2015 and obtained licensure in 2019. She has experience working with various mental health care providers, including inpatient, community mental health, private practice, and telehealth. She utilizes CBT and Trauma-focused therapy because of her beliefs that the life experiences we have and the ways we think about things impact our ability to achieve mental wellness.
