Emanuel G. Werner, Master of Education, Master of Arts, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision Designation, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III provides many forms of behavioral health treatment to assist in your healing and improve your mental health. Emanuel has experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, working with clients in individual, group, couple, and family settings. He has worked with clients in all phases of life in addressing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, men’s issues, complex trauma, crisis stabilization, and co-occurring disorders, helping clients who struggle with mental illness and substance use. Emanuel is trained in EMDR Therapy and uses other treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, Gottman-based relationship principles, narrative therapy, and person-centered approaches based on each individual’s needs.
He holds dual Master’s degrees in the fields of counselor education and philosophy that assist him in helping clients formulate important questions to help them become more aware of how their habits and overall outlook on life impact their mood and behaviors. Additionally, he has a unique skill set and background that leads him to be well versed in spiritual formation and principles. He is open to incorporating these concepts within sessions as requested.
