About
Danielle Minkin is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered and Board-Certified Art Therapist, and Reiki Practitioner. She utilizes an eclectic approach based on each client’s individual needs. Danielle’s core belief is that “people start to heal the moment that they feel heard,” as eloquently stated by Cheryl Richardson. As a helping professional, it is Danielle’s priority to establish a nurturing environment for free self expression. The primary goal is to help the client feel understood, supported, and safe in their work together. Once that therapeutic relationship is formed, Danielle believes that together, she and the client can begin to learn effective ways to manage stress and create goals for growth. Danielle utilizes an integrative model of psychodynamic, humanistic, and strength-based approaches to assist clients in regaining balance and promoting growth.

Why Healthcare
“Healing takes time, and asking for help is a courageous step.” – Mariska Hargitay.
Many people often worry that having to seek help is a sign of weakness, when in actuality it is a sign of strength. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a provider at Harmony Bay Wellness. It is my mission to provide warm, engaged, and personalized care to clients as they become ready to take that first step.
