Claire has been a practicing LMHC in the Boston area for ten years. In the past ten years, Claire has been focused on building competency in the issues that are most affecting people today. Claire's areas of expertise include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, and substance abuse/addiction. Claire uses a strengths-based, person-centered approach, frequently utilizing CBT, DBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing treatment modalities, and, let's not forget, a good dose of humor.
In her spare time, Claire enjoys hanging out with her dog, Fred, attempting to do the Sunday crossword puzzle, and spending time with her family and friends.
