Allyson values being an unbiased, supportive listener, as clients are the experts of their own lives. Allyson specializes in depression, anxiety, and trauma from an eclectic approach to make treatment unique to clients' needs. Allyson's experience working with children, adolescents, and adults gave her the ability to mold treatment modalities for various ages, symptoms, and client goals.
Allyson is dedicated to serving underrepresented communities through individualized treatment. To ensure clients receive unique and effective care, Allyson implements various treatment approaches, including Strengths-Based, Interpersonal, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness-Based therapy.
When Allyson is not working, she loves to go on walks, spend time with family and friends, and attend ballroom dance classes weekly.
