Harmony Bay is an outpatient behavioral health service that provides primary mental health treatment programs for psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. We offer a clean, bright environment with a calming and positive tone. In addition, our mental health and wellness treatment center focuses on providing you with a new outlook on life through a blend of traditional and integrative wellness services.

Megan Wall, LCSW
With a focus on issues such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship dynamics, family concerns, and the challenges of emerging adulthood, Megan provides a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings and experiences. Whether navigating emotional struggles or life changes, Megan is committed to supporting individuals as they work toward healing and growth.
Angela Cameron, LMSW
Angela holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, specializing in Child, Adolescent, and Family Health. Angela uses a client-centered, holistic approach integrating Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused therapy with an emphasis on self-care and mindfulness.
Wayne Fox, LPC
Wayne's experience includes supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, refugees, survivors of domestic violence, and adults working through childhood trauma. He takes a feminist-psychodynamic approach to therapy, which means he looks at how your past experiences, relationships, and cultural context shape who you are today.
Fateemah Shakur, LSW
Fateemah is excited to help clients determine the best fit for their needs and is willing to listen to understand their perspectives. She has experience in preliminary diagnosis as an intake and referral clinician.
Momo Cole, APN, PMHNP, CRNP
Momo recognizes significant gaps in support for diverse communities, he aimed to create a welcoming environment prioritizing compassionate and personalized care. Before becoming a PMHNP, he worked as a Registered Nurse (RN) in acute care inpatient facilities, detox and rehabilitation units, and crisis response centers in the Philadelphia area.
Leslie Devine, LCSW
Leslie has worked with diverse populations, including general mental health (GMH), severe mental illness (SMI), and court-ordered clients. Her background includes trauma-informed care, domestic violence prevention, and substance use treatment. She facilitates both individual and group therapy, offering a compassionate, client-centered space for healing and personal growth.
