Harmony Bay is an outpatient behavioral health facility that provides primary mental health treatment programs for psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. We offer a clean, bright environment with a calming and positive tone. In addition, our mental health and wellness treatment center focuses on providing you with a new outlook on life through a blend of traditional and integrative wellness services.

This therapist is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in New Jersey. Since 2017, he has been dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy to children and adults.
Alexis Segre, LSW
Alexis has worked in crisis intervention and crisis counseling, serving runaway and homeless youth as well as serving children with various emotional disturbances.

In his counseling philosophy, Patrick uses Cognitive Theory and Attachment Theory as the main theories in his practice modalities. Using these theories, he evaluates his client's early childhood experiences in their relationship with others, their world, and themselves. The specific approaches he has used are CBT, DBT, CPT, ACT, IFS, and Motivational Interviewing.
