About
Ari is so excited to have the opportunity to meet you and learn how she can support you on your journey to your best life. Ari is a neurodivergent therapist with extensive experience working with and supporting other neurodivergent folk. Ari is a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist who specializes in Exposure Response Prevention treatment for OCD and anxiety. Ari loves helping other people unlock the secrets to their nervous system so they can integrate plans that support balance and allow them to enjoy their lives. A big part of the joy comes from feeling like we have autonomy over who we are and are able to express our needs and boundaries with others.
Ari has a solid background in helping people explore what is important to them and strategies that allow them to communicate and uphold this in an effective way. Oftentimes, our thoughts can get into vicious cycles that lower our mood or make it difficult for us to accomplish all the things we want to. Ari excels at helping others understand the root of their thoughts and identify patterns of thinking that might get them stuck so thoughts can be shifted to a more helpful way of viewing themselves and the world around them. The most important thing Ari wants you to know is that she is your teammate, and coming up with goals needs to be firmly based on what matters to you and what you are trying to accomplish. Ari is a very interactive therapist who leans into education, so you understand why she is suggesting something rather than just expecting you to take her word for it. Ari is a passionate person who believes in celebrating life through the arts and music and enjoys spending her free time with her husband, two sons, and their beloved cat and dog.

Why Healthcare
Ari's favorite part about being a therapist is having the opportunity to hold space for someone who might be struggling to see hope or their own ability to create change in their life.
