About
Post graduate studies, Aimee continued to work as a case manager and therapist with children, adolescents, families, and adults. She is skilled in diagnostic evaluation, psychoeducation, as well as the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT) to treat anxiety, trauma, stress, behavioral difficulties, and depression. Aimee has a great deal of understanding and experience working with individuals who are neurodivergent, including those with ADHD and Autism spectrum disorder. Aimee is looking forward to continuing to support those navigating life transitions, navigating women’s issues, those in need of validation but also wanting to see situations from various lenses, those struggling with anxiety, searching for answers and healing from traumatic experiences, and individuals looking to gain support in navigating executive functioning challenges, sensory challenges, or difficult social interactions.
Aimee is a compassionate and empathetic therapist who believes in the inherent potential of every individual. With a person-centered approach, Aimee creates a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace.

Why Healthcare
Aimee has seen first hand as both a client and a clinician, the benefits of quality mental health care at work, as well as the negative effects of a lack of appropriate care. She is passionate about the fact that mental health is a major component of the overall health and wellness of all persons. Aimee believes in the inherent potential of every individual and finds it incredibly rewarding to witness clients overcome obstacles, develop new coping strategies, find themselves, and reach their goals. Aimee considers it a privilege to be a part of clients' growth journeys. She tailors therapy sessions to meet each client's unique needs and goals. By focusing on the client's strengths and aspirations, Aimee supports individuals in developing self-awareness, building resilience, forming positive coping skills and healthy habits, and achieving positive change.
