Adina Tabor is a Licensed Clinical Therapist for NY and DC residents (LCSW-NY and LICSW-DC). She holds a Masters of Social Work and graduated from Hunter College, School of Social Work in 2014. Prior to attending graduate school, Adina earned her BA in 2011 from the University of Pittsburgh with Dean's Honors.

Adina helps her clients manage stress, anxiety, depression, tough life transitions, and social/family/work/school-related issues. Adina's treatment approach is client-centered, strength-based, trauma-informed, and measured-based to focus on helping clients build inner love, happiness, and growth.

In her free time, Adina enjoys hiking with her dog, spending time with family and friends, and taking adventurous trips to different countries.
