About
It is within Suzan's beliefs that each of us can "EMBRACE CHANGE," set new goals, and create a life of happiness within. We all have hopes and dreams, and with gentle guidance and education, we can set small goals and accomplish anything we set our minds to. Suzan focuses on working with each patient to help manifest positive emotions and move toward a rich, meaningful, successful lifestyle. She has been in practice since 2009, serving adults, children, teens, couples, and families. Her focus is on enhancing the well-being of those with addiction, disabilities, anxiety, and depression, as well as trauma.
Suzan's work is based on mindfulness practice, cognitive behavioral therapies, acceptance and commitment therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and changing the "Self-Dialogue." She believes that as a society, we need to "EMBRACE CHANGE" instead of running in "FEAR," as fear is FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL.
