Christine approaches therapy as a collaborative effort between therapist and client to reach the client's goals. Christine uses an eclectic approach, drawing primarily from cognitive behavioral and person-centered therapy tools. Christine is focused mainly on working with clients in the LGBT community, as well as clients with OCD, but has comfort in working with a myriad of different mental health struggles.
